Return Policy

We stand behind all of our products and make every effort to ensure that our merchandise is not shipped without first meeting our exact standards. However, should you find an error that we have missed, we will gladly replace the item or issue a credit. For a replacement order or a credit to be processed, we must be notified within 15 days of receipt of your order. Simply fill out the back of the packing slip received with your order and return it with the product to us at the address listed above. If you no longer have the packing slip, please be sure to include the following information with your return: Name, billing address, and order number, if available. Product(s) must be in new condition with original packaging.
